The line-up for 2017 WIRED Retail brought together Europe’s leading startups and on-demand warehousing marketplace Stowga won the coveted 'Startup Showcase' award. Stowga is the marketplace for on-demand warehousing services in the UK. They have identified an often overlooked problem - that every warehouse on the planet, even when occupied. Will have under-utilised space in it for large periods of time that could be monetised. Although warehouses are in high demand, the market is opaque for searching and contracting warehouse capacity. Stowga streamlines the process, simplifying the search process and brings price transparency to the market.
